The Tray and Flywheel

The tray is built out of a waterproof material called Med-X MDF. It is a very dense wood fiber board bonded with a type 1 waterproof glue. The tray is painted with epoxy paint and lined with a rubber-like urethane mold-making material. The flywheel is also made of MDF and weighs 47 lbs. It is painted with epoxy paint to match the tray.
